A beautiful katana for enthusiasts of Japanese military and weapons, but not only. Engraved Japanese Tokugawa sword – decorative model manufactured according to tradition and Japanese rules. The blade is hand-forged from Toledo high-carbon steel and is chrome-plated. On the blade there are 3 signatures of the TOKUGAWA family and a beautiful and unique two-sided engraving showing scenes from the history of Japan. The tsuka handle is made of metal and is richly and intricately engraved. At the tsuba crossguard there is a ring – fuchi that strengthens the handle. At the top of the handle there is a habaki collar made of metal alloy called shakudo.
Comes with a unique scabbard (saya) tied at the neck (koiguchi) with a rope (sageo) wound by a kuri-kata. Crane-shaped steel tsuba. Saya is made of hand-lacquered hardwood.
