Gift Card Terms and Conditions for broze-sculptures-art

§1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing and using gift cards offered by bronze-sculpture-art.com, operated by Wojciech Socharczenko PixArt, based in Krakow, ul. Miłkowskiego 3/201, 30-349.
The general Store Terms and Conditions apply unless they conflict with the provisions stated herein.
A gift card is an electronic document that serves as a method of payment for products available at bronze-sculpture-art.com.
The purchase of a gift card constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Gift Card: A one-time-use digital code with a specific monetary value used to pay for an order.
Purchaser: The individual who buys the gift card.
User: The individual redeeming the gift card (may be someone other than the Purchaser).
Card Balance: The amount of funds available for use.
Store Regulations: The general terms of sale for the online store at bronze-sculpture-art.com.

Gift cards are available for purchase via the online store.
The card is activated once the payment is processed and cleared.
Delivery is performed electronically to the email address provided during the purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

The card may only be used to purchase products available at bronze-sculpture-art.com.
To redeem the card, the User must enter the code in the designated field during the checkout process.

Payment Adjustments:

If the order value exceeds the card balance, the User must pay the remaining difference using available payment methods.
If the order value is lower than the card balance, any unused portion of the funds will be forfeited.

Generally, only one gift card can be used per order, depending on the store’s current configuration.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards unless specified otherwise by promotional terms.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
Once expired, the card cannot be reactivated or extended.
Unused funds remaining after the expiration date are non-refundable.

The gift card is a “bearer instrument.” The store is not liable for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of the code.
The first person to provide a valid code is deemed the authorized user.
Commercial resale of gift cards without the express consent of bronze-sculpture-art.com is strictly prohibited.

Products purchased using a gift card follow the standard return policy defined in the Store Regulations.

Refund Process:

Funds paid via gift card will be refunded in the form of a new gift card.
Any additional funds paid via other methods will be refunded to the original payment source.

These Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website.
The store reserves the right to change these terms for legal or organizational reasons. Such changes will not affect the rights of cards purchased prior to the update.
For matters not covered here, Polish law and the Civil Code apply.
